Return and Credit Policy
We believe that our products are of the highest quality; therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any items that do not meet your expectations with the exception of the Betty Luken Felt Products and other specially marked special order items. (These are final sales products.) Before returning any item, you must call us at 641-512-3137 for instructions on returning your item(s). They must then be returned within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping costs). The product must be in new, undamaged condition and be salable. CD's and DVD's still need to be in their shrink-wrapped material. If the shrink-wrap is taken off or opened, we will not accept the return. After 30 days we will still allow new, salable items to be returned, but a 15% restocking fee will be charged. NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 4 MONTHS due to our new stock turnover.

DAMAGED MATERIALS: We take utmost care in ensuring that our products are in excellent condition when we ship them to you. If they are badly damaged in transit, we will be glad to replace them for you. Call us at 641-512-3137 or email us at godseternalmasterpiece@gmail.com to inform us of the damage. We may have you ship the item back to us so that we can determine how it was damaged. (Naturally, we'll pay for the postage if we ask for you to return it.)

CREDIT CARD POLICY: We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept debit cards. All credit card purchases that are returned will be refunded using the same credit card used in the initial purchase. Otherwise, store credit will be issued. All purchases made using store credit must be done via phone orders or as in-store purchases. PLEASE NOTE: We do not keep your credit card numbers on hand. Therefore, we will be asking for that information when you call concerning your return.

Special Orders
We will not allow any refunds or returns on special orders unless they are damaged due to shipping. Please notify us if you receive a special order that is damaged by the carrier.

Packaging your return
Always call us at 641-512-3137 for authorization before returning your items. Please wrap the items with their original clean packaging securely (no newspaper please) before placing them in the box. Make sure they are secured so that damage cannot occur due to the products moving around excessively. Also, please include a copy of the receipt or packing slip for proper crediting of your account. We are not responsible for damaged or lost uninsured packages; therefore, it would be to your benefit to insure the package when sending it back.
