Return Policy
We believe that our products are of the highest quality; therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any items that do not meet your expectations with the exception of the A Life of Faith dolls and all related accessories and furniture. (These items are special orders and are final sales.) Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the item's price (minus the shipping). The product must be in new, undamaged condition and be salable. CDs and DVDs must still be in their shrink-wrapped material. After 30 days we will still allow new, salable items to be returned, but a 15% restocking fee will be charged. NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 4 MONTHS.

Special Orders
We will not allow any refunds or returns on special orders. Please notify us if you receive a special order that is damaged and we will do what we can to fix the problem.

Packaging your return
Please wrap the items securely with clean packaging material (no newspaper please) before placing them in a box. Also, please include a copy of the receipt or packing slip in the box. We are not responsible for uninsured packages; therefore, it would be to your benefit to insure the package when sending it back.
